OPENING HOURS

Spa Facilities and Gym

Monday to Saturday 7am – 8pm Sunday 7am-6pm

Outdoor Pool Open in the summer months from 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and from 8am to 6pm on Sunday.

On occasion, the availability of the spa facilities and services may be restricted. At such times all efforts will be made to inform members and guests in advance.

COVID-19 SAFE

· You will be required to complete a consultation form prior to arrival.

· You will be required to wear a mask in the Spa at all times unless participating in exercise or specific beauty treatments.

· Our therapists have been trained to strict covid-19 guidelines which will be carried out should you be having a treatment with us. Protective screens will be used during treatments along with face masks and strict hand washing regimes are in place.

· Before entering the premises you will be required to have your temperature checked. If your temperature is 37.8 degrees or above entry will be refused.

· We have reduced the number of guests able to use the Spa facilities at one time. In between Spa sessions a deep clean of all areas is carried out.

· All Spa experience food offerings will be dinned in the hotels restaurants.

· We will not be conducting and spa tours. We instead have a virtual tour of the facilities that we can send should you wish to see what we have to offer.

· We will not accept cash payments unless arranged by prior agreement.

· All towels and blankets are washed on a hot wash and are replaced between clients.

If you have a new cough, a fever (however mild), breathing difficulties or symptoms of covid-19, PLEASE contact us to reschedule your appointment. DO NOT attend your appointment and follow current guidelines to self-isolate at home for fourteen days. This also applies if you have been in close contact with anybody who has any of the above symptoms. There will obviously be no fee for anybody who reschedules at late notice due to this.

SERVICE CHARGE

All prices are inclusive of 20% VAT. A 5% discretionary service charge will be added to your final bill. Should you have any questions regarding the content of your bill please contact the spa reception who will be more than happy to help.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please allow 48 hours’ notice of cancellation to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will incur a 100% charge. Full payment is required at the time of booking. If you have a new cough, a fever (however mild), breathing difficulties or symptoms of covid-19 PLEASE contact us so that we can reschedule your appointment.

CHILDREN (UNDER 16)

The Langley Spa aims to provide a welcoming environment for families. Children under 16-years old are permitted to use the spa changing rooms and swimming pool during the following times: Monday - Friday: 3pm – 4.30pm

Saturday - Sunday: 9am - 10:30am & 3pm – 4.30pm

When using the swimming pool, children under 16-years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult, aged 18-years old or over. If more than one child wishes to use the pool, supervision must be: • One adult to one child if the child is under three years

• One adult to two children if the children are three years and above

Out of respect to our members and guests, children will not have access to the spa outside the hours stated.

SPA PRIVACY

The Langley Spa environment is one of tranquility. To respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity, we ask for mobile phones to be switched off and stored securely in a locker. A strict, no photography policy applies throughout all areas of the spa.

TREATMENT BOOKINGS

To ensure that the preferred time and service is available, we highly recommend booking treatments in advance. Reservations can be made in person, by email or telephone. Advance payment or a membership card will be required for any Spa Day, individual treatment or personal training booking.

TREATMENT AND SPA EXPERIENCE GUEST ARRIVAL

Spa Experience guests are welcome to arrive at The Langley Spa reception from either 9am if you are booked in for a morning experience or from 2pm if you are booked in for an afternoon experience. Guests are required to complete a consultation form prior to arrival in the spa. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments. Allotted treatment time includes time for consultation and aftercare advice.

Should you be joining us as a group of up to 6 guest, special day packages will be designed to include our VIP suite. Bathrobes, towels and slippers will be provided for the duration of every visit.

Those not staying at the hotel and having treatments only, will need to have completed a consultation form prior to arrival at the Spa. Use of the thermal areas is not available for treatment-only guests.

HOTEL GUESTS AND THERMAL EXPERIENCES USAGE

Bookable time slots available throughout your stay, from check in to check out, should you wish to use the spas facilities. Please kindly contact the spa team where we will arrange this for you. We strongly advise you that you book to use these facilities as availability to avoid disappointment.

You will be required to vacate the spa when the session is finished as a deep clean of all areas is carried out

PREGNANCY

We offer specially-designed treatments for expectant mothers in their second and third trimesters. Please contact The Langley Spa for further information and advice on making the correct treatment choice. We advise against using the thermal experiences while pregnant.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries when making your spa reservation, in exceptional circumstances we may require a doctor’s note.

GIFT CARDS

A thoughtful gesture for any occasion, The Langley Spa gift cards are available to purchase from the spa reception. They are valid for 12-months and are non-transferrable or refundable.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
